HFCS Free Day #2

- Coffee (black)
- Breakfast: oatmeal with almond butter, milk, & protein powder
- Lunch: tofu patties (tofu + veggies baked up – delicious!), black eyed peas, apple
- Dinner: meat & curry pie in whole wheat phyllo
- Dessert: pears sauteed in dab of butter with cinnamon wrapped in phyllo & baked
- red wine
I should note that I am not posting what I eat for any reason other than to show that you can eat just fine without HFCS! Also – it helps keep me honest!
