I’m a little behind in my posts and didn’t get a chance to post a FOTD (fact of the day) yesterday.  We have been busy around the house and running errands – lots accomplished this weekend! :)
January 6:

  • Coffee (black)
  • Breakfast: oatmeal with almond butter, milk, & protein powder
  • Lunch: saag paneer, chicken tikka masala, rice & naan (whew – end of the Indian left overs)
  • Dinner: roasted leg of lamb with rosemary and garlic, roasted onions, baked potatoes, large spinach salad with balsamic & EVOO for dressing
  • Drinks: champagne, red wine
