How do you drink your coffee? Black? Splash of milk? Maybe that coffee-mate your office so kindly keeps near the coffee maker for you? At my office we have one of those Flavia machines that brews each cup specially for you. So friendly I know. At any rate, as I was waiting on my coffee to make itself, I noticed the assorted coffee-mate tubs and powders next to the machine. Looking at the ingredients was quite interesting!
All of the following information is directly from Nestle’s Coffee-Mate Site (for the US).

So try and stay away from those non-dairy creamers, adding corn syrup and palm oil to your coffee doesn’t sound like a great way to start your morning!
