Kraft is Sued for Falsely Calling Capri Sun Drink “All Natural”
Apparently “Capri Sun Seeks to Trick Busy Parents.”  Quite frankly I have a slew of issues related to these types of law suits but it is interesting to see the law suit.  I don’t see the “trick” when Capri Sun surely lists HFCS as an ingredient on the back of the package but hey, that’s me.  Guess we’ll have to see what the court thinks.
