  • Breakfast: coffee (black), oatmeal with almond butter, dried cranberries, milk, and protein powder
  • Lunch: couple of Kettle Chips, large spinach salad with veggies, roasted lamb, lemon juice & EVOO for dressing
  • Dinner: seared tuna, brown rice, and broccoli
  • Dessert: chocolate
  • red wine
