  • Breakfast: coffee (black), oatmeal with almond butter, dried cranberries, milk, and protein powder
  • Lunch: Homemade 7-grain bread and tarragon egg salad
  • Snack: clementine*, radishes*
  • Dinner: Trader Joe’s water crackers, local Camembert cheese, baked potato*, broccoli, cheddar cheese, shredded chicken, red wine
  • Dessert: almonds, 1/2 apple
