- Lunch: Homemade 7-grain bread and tarragon egg salad
- Snack: clementine*, radishes*
- Dinner: Trader Joe’s water crackers, local Camembert cheese, baked potato*, broccoli, cheddar cheese, shredded chicken, red wine
- Dessert: almonds, 1/2 apple
