HFCS Free Day #12

- Breakfast: coffee (black), oatmeal with almond butter, dried blueberries, milk, and protein powder
- Lunch: quesadilla with chicken, black beans, sauteed cabbage, cheddar cheese, fresh salsa & guacamole, tortilla chips
- Dinner: Indian food: saag paneer, lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka massala, samosa, garbanzo beans, naan & rice, champagne, red wine
Yesterday I “splurged” more than I realized! I ate lunch out rather than taking it for assorted reasons. Then Brad wanted to order in Indian so we did. I have to say I noticed a big difference in how I felt – I woke up in the middle of the night with heartburn and a sour stomach. Yuck. Perhaps by not eating out/ordering in as often my body is becoming more sensitive. Or maybe I’m just a little crazy.
 Either way I thought it was worth noting.
