HFCS Free Day #17

Whew all this food tracking is getting old! Can’t wait until I hit 30-days and can quit trying to record everything I eat!

  • Breakfast: oatmeal with almond butter, currants, milk, and protein powder, coffee (black), clementine
  • Lunch: smoked salmon sandwich with creme fraiche and green salad with OO dressing
  • Dinner: local Camembert and crackers, leek & goat cheese tart, green salad, wine
  • Dessert: pear & berry tart
