IOTD: Weekly CSA Box

Since this isn’t really a FACT of the day I’ve given it the title Information of The Day (IOTD). Enjoy!

For a little over a month Brad and I have been getting a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) box delivered each week. CSA’s are amazing organizations that support local farmers using organic and sustainable farming techniques. They organize shares or boxes that consumers can purchase to support these local farms. There are some fantastic websites that can you help you find some local options, here is one: Biodynamics.

We use Capay Organic’s Weekly Service which I absolutely love. If you live in the bay area I can highly recommend them. Here are just a few photos from yesterday’s box.
