HFCS Free Day #20

  • Breakfast: oatmeal with almond butter, currants, milk, and protein powder, coffee (black)
  • Lunch @ Out the Door : crispy Imperial rolls, 5-spice chicken on noodles, carmelized shrimp, kale with shitake mushrooms, riesling
  • Wine event at Ridge: red wine, sausage bites, polenta, roasted baby potatoes (all 2 tiny bites of each)
  • Dinner @ Amber Indian:  calamari in spicy red sauce, lamb in “gravy”, butter chicken, naan, rice
