  • Lunch: 1 corn tortilla filled with spinach, jalapeno, onion, and cheese; chicken breast
  • Snack: TJ’s crackers, local Camembert
  • Dinner: red wine, wild Alaskan Salmon, Baby Bok Choy with Shitake Mushrooms, brown rice
