HFCS Free Day #25

- Breakfast: oatmeal with dried cranberries, almond butter, and milk, coffee(black)
- Lunch:salad with butter lettuce, avocado, macadamia nuts, tomatoes, herb crusted tuna, etc. from Mixt Greens (all organic and primarily local)
- Dinner: at Bong Su:cocktail, red wine, shrimp cupcakes, wonton type soup, pork with noodles, shaking beef, black cod, spiced chicken, rice, tiny slice of Gateau du Piege at home.
I can attest that all of the items at Bong Su listed above are superb, having had them myself recently. Here I thought I was just having an enjoyable dinner with friends there-little did I know I was participating in the HFCS Challenge, Day 25!
