		<description>Well that is scary!  These sprouts are organic and grown in little individual plots so I&#039;m hopeful they would never be exposed to other bacteria, but you never know.  I just washed them with my spinach though to play it safe.</description>

How are the sprouts packaged?
I read somewhere (http://medicalreporter.health.org/tmr0799/sprouts.html), a very long time ago, that spouts were one of the biggest nesting grounds for samonella and e.coli which freaked me out.  But I seriously love them and have missed them ever since.  I wonder if I could find something similar at the St.Lawrence Market here?.....</description>
