HFCS is all over! Its quite surprising in fact the places you will find it. Many common sources include:
- soda
- dressings & condiments (ketchup!)
- many frozen foods (it helps prevent freezer burn)
- candies
- breakfast cereal
- commercial baked goods
- cough syrups (!!!)
- crackers
- dairy – including many yogurts
- juice drinks
- drink mixes
- microwavable soup
- FAST FOOD!
